Member's Statement: I began blacksmithing in 2001 while taking a beginner blacksmith class through BGCM. My work includes (but is not limited to) furniture, hardware, railings, small gates, and housewares. I utilize traditional and modern tools and techniques depending on the piece.Traditional joinery and forge welding to mig and tig welding. Hand forging at the anvil to power hammer and flypress work. I can't say if I have a particular style, I just believe in challenging myself, taking pride in the pieces I produce, and doing good clean work.
